Recommended food pairings: Dolcetto and Syrah is a fantastic light red wine that is served slightly chilled and is a good match with a wide range of foods, from spicy Asian to desserts. Try it with a Thai red beef curry loaded with freshly chopped chilli and coriander and serve it with jasmine rice. For the dessert option, a raspberry panna cotta with seasonal berries and double cream would be ideal.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from a blend of Dolcetto and Shiraz grapes. The fruit was harvested from mid-February to early April 2019 at baumé levels ranging from 12.5 to 13.5.

Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation, which was stopped to retain a little natural sweetness and carbon dioxide. It has an alcohol of 10.8%, a pH of 3.62 and acid level of 6.2g/L.
