Recommended food pairings: This versatile wine is an ideal accompaniment to any occasion whether it is served with or without food; as an aperitif or table wine. Try it with a platter of soft cheese and fresh slices of Granny Smith apple. Or for something different, Brown Brothers Moscato is fantastic with Vietnamese rice paper rolls. The aromatic lift of Moscato complements the spices while the sweetness balances the chilli heat.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The grapes were harvested from late February to early April 2020 at baumés ranging from 10.6 to 12.7.

Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 5.5%, a pH of 3.24 and an acid level of 5.5 g/L.
