Growing Conditions: This sparkling wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The grapes were harvested from late January to early April at baumé levels from 11.0 to 13.0.

Winemaking notes: The wine was tank fermented to retain as much of the fresh aromatic fruit intensity possible. It was completed with an alcohol of 6.0%, a pH of 3.76 and acid level of 5.3 g/L.
