Description
The fruit for this wine was sourced from four of our Hawke’s Bay vineyards – Riverview, Colefield, Tantallon, Kinross.
The grapes were transported to our Riverview winery where they were pressed to stainless steel tanks and fermented using predominantly 58W3 yeast. The resulting wines were transported by road tanker to our Katikati winery for blending, finishing and bottling.
