Kuru Kuru Sauvignon Blanc


Lifted aromas of grapefruit and passionfruit with signature Awatere Valley mineral notes and tomato leaf. Medium bodied in the mouth with beautiful fruit intensity balanced with characteristics of lime, gooseberry and tropical fruits. A long refreshing finish with minerality lingering on the palate.


Attractive juniper berry and Italian bitters notes come through in this bright, focused wine, named for the great-great-great-great Maori grandmother (the label depicts her moko) of Kuru Kuru owner Hayden Johnston. Offering end-to-end freshness, this concentrated wine would go well with a creamy dish, such as smoked salmon fettuccine with capers.
