Bright, very pale straw colour with pale green hues, near colourless on rim. The nose is fresh and up-front with white stonefruit and pear aromas lifted with florals and showing some mineral elements. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the flavours of white stonefruits and minerals are straightforward, quite open with volume and some breadth. The mouthfeel is dry in phenolic texture with moderate acidity in support, leading to a mouth watering, dry finish. This is an up-front dry Pinot Gris with stonefruit and pear flavours and dry textures.
