THE VINEYARD The 2014 vintage was stunning with lots of warm long days, allowing us to pick the grapes early concentrating the luscious flavours and racy acidity that we look for in our VNO grapes.
THE WINERY The VNO Sav Blanc grapes were destemmed and crushed with 1 -2 hours skin contact enhancing the bright colour. The cool fermentation was slow using various yeast strains for added texture and aromatics. The wine was then fined, filtered and bottled.
THE WINE Pale gold in colour, brimming with lifted herbaceous and zesty citrus notes on the nose. Fresh fruity flavours of tropical fruits dance on the palate with a soft rounded finish.
THE MEAL Matches well with company, pairs brilliantly with ocean delights and summer salads.
