When placing an order with WINE BOX, you confirm that all your personal details that you have provided are true and correct.
Any order amendments must occur prior to dispatch. If an order requires amendment after dispatch additional fees may apply.
How do you protect my information?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Account to Account (ANZ, ASB, BNZ, KiwiBank, TSB and Westpac)
- Direct Bank Deposit
Credit Card – Allows credit card payments by Payment Express PX-Pay method, Payment by credit card will ensure immediate dispatch of your order.
Account to Account – One-off online payment using the customer’s online banking portal(ANZ, ASB, BNZ, KiwiBank, TSB and Westpac).
Direct Bank Deposit – You will receive and email with our bank account details and once you have deposited the total funds and the transaction has been confirmed, we will dispatch your order.
Please note: We do not accept Cheques. (Special arrangements can be made by arrangement with Company Cheques only)

Visit offline store
You can always visit our offline shop to buy some wines during store hour. Some of wines we stock them in our storage, so please confirm to contact us before you come.
WINE BOX’s fulfillment systems are fully automated.
This means that the moment your order has been placed, the wheels start turning and we are unable to cancel your order or change any of your order details.
