Hunters Offshoot Red (Petillant-Naturel) 2022 750ML

The Pinot Noir grapes for this wine were sourced from the Rapaura sub region of Marlborough. The juice was fermented on skins for a short period to extract colour before being pressed and bottled. The nose is full of bright primary fruit aromas. Cherry and raspberry dominate. The palate is juicy and rich. This wine is best served slightly chilled.

TASTING NOTES:
Our Pinot Noir grapes, harvested from the Bridge Vineyard along the Wairau River, were fermented on skins for a brief period to enhance color before bottling. The nose offers wild berries and floral scents, while the palate showcases dominant cherry and rhubarb notes with a juicy, tannin-rich profile. Best enjoyed slightly chilled
