Description
The grapes for this wine came from four of our Hawkes Bay vineyards – Riverview, Colefield, Kinross and Tantallon.
The grapes were machine harvested and transported to our Riverview winery where they were pressed off immediately to limit colour extraction. The juice was settled then racked off for fermentation using a variety of yeasts but primarily Actiflore Rose. The resulting wines were transported to our Katikati winery where they were finished and bottled.
